Ocean Trailer is seeking a passionate and experienced mechanic ready to take on new challenges in the commercial highway trailer industry. The ideal candidate is dedicated, reliable and thrives in a dynamic environment.

About the Job

Ocean Trailer Calgary branch is seeking a reliable and experienced Transport Trailer Mechanic to join our team!

Primary Duties

• Diagnosing and repairing commercial highway trailers
• Proficiency in working with ABS braking systems
• Conducting electrical, suspension work, and welding as required
• Efficiently picking up parts, completing work orders and documenting job details
• Communicating effectively with vendors and customers to understand their needs

About You

• Red Seal Certified with a CVI ticket is considered an asset
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work in a team environment while demonstrating initiative and independence
• Positive attitude and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the field

Schedule

· Monday to Friday (various shifts: 6am-3pm, 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm)
