Pay Details
- $37.00 - $40 per hour
- 10 paid federal sick days
- 3 paid personal days
- 2 weeks of paid vacation days
Additional Perks
- Tool allowance after 1 year of service - $500
- Boot allowance after 1 year of service
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Daytime schedule (with the potential to move to afternoon shift)
- Overtime available
- Must be available to work weekends if needed
Responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance on the truck, but must be open to work on trailers as well.
- Preventative maintenance on checking tires, wheels, brakes, air systems, clutch/linkage, starting system, electrical system, PM's, electrical work, brakes, suspension and product pump rebuilds.
- Follow safety and use of proper PPE.
- Follow procedures.
Qualifications
- Red Seal is an asset.
- CVIP Certification is an asset.
- Two years verifiable mechanic experience.
- Operation of hand and air tools.
