Construction Lead Hand

The P. Munro Group has been delivering professional exterior services in Ottawa for over 20 years. We are currently seeking a Construction Lead Hand to support the Foreman and help oversee daily job site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in directing daily site activities

• Lead crew members in the absence of the Foreman

• Ensure quality standards are met

• Operate equipment and tools as required

• Train and mentor junior crew members

• Enforce all company safety procedures

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of construction experience

• Strong understanding of construction methods and processes

• Proven ability to lead by example

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Valid driver’s license
