Landscape Foreman

The P. Munro Group is a well-established Ottawa company providing landscaping, construction, snow removal, and sweeping services for over two decades. We are seeking a Working Landscape Foreman to lead crews and ensure high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead installation of hardscape and softscape projects

• Supervise crew members while remaining hands-on

• Interpret landscape drawings and specifications

• Manage job site productivity and quality control

• Operate equipment and tools as needed

• Maintain and enforce safety standards

Basic Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of landscape construction experience

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Knowledge of grading, interlock, planting, and finishing work

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license
