Construction Foreman

The P. Munro Group has over 20 years of experience delivering full-service exterior solutions including construction, landscaping, snow removal, and sweeping throughout Ottawa. We are seeking a Working Construction Foreman to lead projects while actively contributing on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and work alongside crew members daily

• Read and interpret construction drawings and site plans

• Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily workflow

• Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards

• Enforce and maintain all safety regulations

• Communicate effectively with management and clients

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of construction experience

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role

• Strong knowledge of site layout, grading, and construction processes

• Ability to operate equipment when required

• Valid driver’s license (DZ an asset)
