Equipment Operator

We are currently seeking experienced Equipment Operators to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, skid steers, graders, and related machinery

• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance

• Follow grading plans, site drawings, and project specifications

• Work alongside crew members to complete projects efficiently

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of equipment operating experience (construction or landscape preferred)

• Valid driver’s license (DZ considered an asset)

• Ability to read grade stakes and site drawings

• Strong understanding of workplace safety standards

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
