Responsibilities
Tasks:
• Calculate crane capacities
• Measure weight to prepare for rigging and hoising
• Operate mobile cranes to lift, move, position or place equipment and materials
• Perform pre-operational inspection
• Clean and lubricate cranes
• Assemble tower cranes on site
• Perform routine maintenance work
Credentials
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses:• Boom Truck Crane Operator Trade Certification
• Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
Type of cranes:
• Hydraulic or telescoping boom
