The P. Munro Group is a well-established Ottawa company providing landscaping, construction, snow removal, and sweeping services for over two decades. We are seeking a Working Landscape Foreman to lead crews and ensure high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead installation of hardscape and softscape projects
Supervise crew members while remaining hands-on
Interpret landscape drawings and specifications
Manage job site productivity and quality control
Operate equipment and tools as needed
Maintain and enforce safety standards
Basic Qualifications:
3–5 years of landscape construction experience
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge of grading, interlock, planting, and finishing work
Strong organizational and communication skills
Valid driver’s license
