Qualifications
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Aptitude for the theories of component layout and detailing
Experience fitting structural steel, plate work & custom fabrications
Experience with MCAW & GMAW welding processes
Must have exceptional organization and communication skills
Must have a good attitude and be willing to learn and share ideas
