Looking for Technicians to diagnose, inspect, adjust, repair, or overhaul recreational vehicles including travel trailers. May specialize in maintaining gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, or chassis/towing systems as well as repairing generators, appliances, and interior components. Includes workers who perform customized van conversions. Other tasks include: ·         Locate and repair frayed wiring, broken connections, or incorrect wiring, using ohmmeters, soldering irons, tape, or hand tools. ·         Repair plumbing or propane gas lines, using caulking compounds and plastic or copper pipe. ·         Confer with customers, read work orders, or examine vehicles needing repair to determine the nature and extent of damage. ·         Examine or test operation of parts or systems...

Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related industry and position. Experience hauling oversized loads, both long and wide Valid, incident free, AZ license and clean driving abstract. Thorough knowledge of safe driving procedures and traffic laws. Must have exceptional organization and communication skills. Must have a good attitude and be willing to learn and share ideas. Strong geographical knowledge of southern Ontario. Strong English communication skills.

The Fleet Mechanic is responsible for performing preventative maintenance inspections and repairs to all new and existing fleet. Job duties also include performing yearly commercial vehicle safety inspections as well as equipment moves and tire repair and installations.
