Health and Safety Manager is a pivotal leader responsible for driving compliance and fostering a proactive safety culture. This role involves leading the safety team, working collaboratively with the leadership and management teams, employees, union representatives, contractors and Safe Work Manitoba to resolve safety issues and ensure adherence to all Carte policies, safe work procedures and applicable legislation and regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the health and safety team while providing support to company projects to drive compliance and safety excellence.
