Job Duties & Responsibilities: Supervise, coordinate and schedule duties of Die Cast workers involved in operating Trim Press machines (moulds), furnaces, overhead cranes organize shift schedules to meet the production needs of the Die Cast department and the supporting departments within the plant Order materials and supplies as needed Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to meet production requirements and improve production processes.  Work with partnering departments to identify and resolve any quality and productivity issues. Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related industry and position. Experience hauling oversized loads, both long and wide Valid, incident free, AZ license and clean driving abstract. Thorough knowledge of safe driving procedures and traffic laws. Must have exceptional organization and communication skills. Must have a good attitude and be willing to learn and share ideas. Strong geographical knowledge of southern Ontario. Strong English communication skills.
