The  Community and Belonging   Office  is focused on making SAIT a more equitable and inclusive place to work and study. Guided by the institutional Community and Belonging Strategy, we collaborate with students and employees to foster a campus culture in which everyone feels welcome, respected and empowered to succeed.   The Opportunity   Reporting to the Director, Community and Belonging, the Coordinator will lead the successful delivery of the Women in Skilled Trades Retention Program at SAIT.
