The Operator is responsible for operating the bagger, palletizer and wrapper in a safe manner while ensuring the quality of the product. Other tasks related to this position include :
- Verifies ongoing fabrication orders to avoid product mixing or production setbacks;
- Ensures proper functioning and regular maintenance of the equipments that are under his responsibility;
- Ensures the work area is maintained as per company standards;
- Follows transport and raw material storage procedures;
- Performs required quality checks;
- Collaborates with Quality Control department for recovery of damaged bags;
- Maintains cleanliness of the equipment and performs daily checks;
- Maintains cleanliness of work environment at all times, including cleaning under the feeders.
