Job Description

We are seeking a versatile plumber with a focus on maintenance and repair. This position handles a mix of preventative maintenance infrastructure checks, troubleshooting, fixture updates, and emergency system restorations across residential and commercial settings.

Core Responsibilities

Layout Design & Analysis: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste/drainage lines.

Structural Prep Work: Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors, cutting openings to accommodate pipe assemblies.

System Testing & Leak Inspection: Test newly installed or repaired pipe networks for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.

Diagnostics & Repairs: Isolate building water supply network splits, track leaks, clear blockages, and service drainage or main sewer lines.

Routine Maintenance Logs: Complete scheduled preventative maintenance checks and system flushes for commercial properties and condominium complexes.

Fabrication & Installation: Measure, cut, bend, and thread pipes using manual and power tools. Join lines using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, or soldering equipment.

Fixture Assembly: Install, repair, and maintain domestic or commercial plumbing fixtures, including faucets, toilets, vanities, bathtubs, sump pumps, and water heaters.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience handling plumbing diagnostics, mechanical maintenance, and/or emergency service operations.
