Schedule: Weekday (Mon - Thurs 6a-4p & 4p - 2a rotation) or Weekend (Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities
As a Millwright, you will play a critical role in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment and systems.
Equipment Maintenance & Repair
· Install, assemble, align, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and relocate industrial machinery and equipment.
· Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform corrective repairs to minimize downtime.
· Replace, adjust, clean, lubricate, and service machinery components as required.
· Complete preventative and predictive maintenance activities on production equipment.
Fabrication & Welding
· Set up and operate welding equipment, including Arc, MIG, TIG, Plasma, and Oxy-Fuel systems.
· Perform welding, cutting, machining, and fabrication work as required.
· Fabricate tooling, fixtures, and replacement components for manufacturing and welding cells.
Technical Support
· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals.
· Use hand tools, power tools, lathes, drill presses, grinders, and other shop equipment.
· Service and program robotic welders through programming adjustments or re-teaching existing programs.
Equipment Installation & Material Handling
· Safely operate hoisting and lifting equipment, including cranes, jacks, and forklifts.
· Assist with machine installations, upgrades, and equipment moves.
Documentation & Communication
· Complete maintenance work orders, Continuous Improvement Forms (CIFs), and related documentation.
· Communicate maintenance activities, repairs completed, and downtime details to the Maintenance Team Leader.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
Required
· Grade 12 Diploma or GED
· Valid Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certificate of Qualification (433A)
· Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
· Experience working in a manufacturing or automotive production environment
Preferred
· Welding and fabrication experience
· Experience with robotic welding systems and automation equipment
· Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
· Forklift and overhead crane experience
