Concrete Laborer

Job Description

Our company has an opening for a Concrete Laborer. You will assist our team with the new construction of concrete structures, prepping commercial sites-leveling and installing gravel, installing rebar, and assisting in concrete pours. You must know how to use general construction hand and power tools. Our ideal candidate has at least one year of skilled labor or concrete experience, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Install gravel- be able to rake gravel
• Install rebar - carry materials
• Drilling dowels- operate Hilti drills
• Assist in forming sidewalks, curbs, aprons, etc
• Assist in Pouring or placing concrete
• Follow all safety protocols when using tools and equipment
• Clean up the worksite daily & clean tools

Requirements and Qualifications

• minimum high school education required
• 1+ years of concrete or skilled labor experience preferred
• Knowledge of standard construction equipment and materials
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to work out of town occasionally
