Line Operator (Liquid/Dough operation, stacking & cutting)

Regular training’s will be conducted, to ensure continuous development of food safety and quality culture at Wing’s Food Products.

We expect every team member to support this policy and ensure that our food safety and quality culture standards are properly applied.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Prepare dry ingredients and egg mixture (batching) for the Line as per daily production schedule
• Make the dough with proper moisture by adjusting the egg flow rate and flour rate
• Install the cutting blade assembly to the stacker cutter
• Set up & test the pre-mixer, mixer, rollers and laminator in preparation for production
• Operate line machineries and perform corrective processing machine adjustments to make sure products meet the company standard in terms of unit size, no. of sheets, thickness, weight & moisture.
• Perform CCP check of metal detector every 2 hours (only for online metal detector)
• Report any unusual sounds from the equipment or broken equipment in their area to team leader/ supervisor
• Refill starch for the dusting machines and control proper amount of dusting on the products
• Checking products for defects and ensuring conformance to company standard
• Recording production information e.g. weight check form (quality control documents)
• Communicate with the line leader/Supervisor on a daily basis (materials, machines, process & quality)
