Packaging Manager

In This Role You Will

• Lead Packaging Supervisors across all shifts with hands-on coaching and regular night shift presence.
• Monitor key metrics, assess capacity needs, and develop strategic staffing plans.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, GMP requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Manage team performance, budgets, and cross-functional partnerships.

You Have

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of manufacturing management experience.
• Proven track record in continuous improvement and Lean tools; Green Belt preferred.
• Strong GMP knowledge and advanced Excel/ERP proficiency.
• Exceptional leadership and team coaching abilities.
• Strong communication skills and valid BC Driver's License.
