job duties:

• Supervise exterior construction projects (siding, cladding, roofing, stucco)
• Manage multiple job sites at once and keep projects on schedule
• Review project plans, scopes of work, and specifications before and during execution
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and code compliance
• Supervise and coordinate construction crews and subcontractors on-site
• Assign daily tasks and monitor and improve productivity
• Ensure workers follow safety procedures and company standards
• Train and onboard new crew members as needed
• Track labour hours and material usage and report material shortages
• Maintain daily logs, photos, and submit progress reports
• Troubleshoot job-site issues quickly
• Resolve conflicts between crews or subcontractors
• Perform the same duties as workers supervised, when needed

ability to supervise: up to 10 people

terms of employment: permanent full-time; 35-40 hours per week

employment conditions: morning, day, evening, weekend

Typical schedule is: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm (including lunch break)

*Flexibility on schedule is required depending on the business needs and weather, including weekend work and overtime as needed.

skills requirements:

• Education: completion of secondary school (high school)
• Work experience: 3-5 years of experience in the work area supervised (exterior installations)
• Work site environment: at heights, noisy, dusty, outdoors
• Installation specialization: siding, roofing, exterior prefabricated products, stucco plastering
• Work setting: various locations; construction, residential and commercial

transportation:

Own Transportation, Valid Driver’s Licence; ability to independently arrive at jobsites
