Alongside livestock, we produce organic crops using sustainable, innovative farming practices. We run a modern fleet of farm equipment and are looking for skilled operators who take pride in precision, efficiency, and good animal stewardship.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Farm Equipment Operators to join our team on a year-round basis and one position for May to October. These roles focuses primarily on operating farm equipment to support both crop production and cattle operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate farm equipment safely and efficiently, including tractors over 100 HP
• Perform field work such as planting, cultivating, harvesting, and material handling
• Assist with feed handling, pasture and manure management and livestock handling
• Conduct routine equipment inspections, maintenance, and basic repairs
• Follow organic certification standards, animal welfare practices, and farm safety protocols
• Work extended and flexible hours during peak seasons

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous farm or agricultural equipment operating experience required
• Experience working around livestock is an asset
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license preferred
