Lead a small, specialized team of fine laser grading operators in operating advanced laser technology for precise ground leveling on construction and infrastructure projects.
Oversee the setup, maintenance, and calibration of laser grading equipment according to project specifications.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and industry standards at all times.
Manage work schedules and task assignments, ensuring high-quality results and project completion within deadlines.
Skills Requirements:
Education: High school diploma minimum, preferably with technical certification or training in heavy equipment or a related field.
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience operating laser grading equipment or similar specialized machinery.
Specialized Skills: Proven expertise in operating laser grading systems, GPS-based leveling equipment, and supervising construction teams.
DZ licence required (AZ preferred)
Terms of Employment:
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime based on project needs.
Location: GTA but also other places in Ontario and Canada- Travel away from home for multiple days is inherent to this job.
