The Job:

Our Millwright will promote a positive company image through quality and thorough work, professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency. Typical problem solving and responsibilities for this position include:

• Maintenance and repair of various conveyor systems, including but not limited to; installation, adjustments, belt tracking, and replacement of defective parts
• Execute scheduled preventative maintenance activities to ensure maximum uptime
• Ability to keep a clean environment and maintain safety protocols
• Identify issues within a system and establish the best course of action

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Demonstrating your commitment to safety in the workplace with an objective of “zero” injuries or incidents
• Highly proficient with industrial equipment and tools
• Continually inspecting and ensuring all tools, equipment, and accessories are maintained
• Extensive knowledge of conveyor components
• Coordinating required parts ordering with Service Manager
• Completing work orders and reviewing the completed job with the customer
• Travel required, typically within GTA

Requirements:

• Five years of relevant mechanical and industrial applications experience
• Knowledgeable of various material handling and conveyor systems
• A valid G class driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communications skills both oral and written
• Superior problem-solving skills
• A desire for continuous improvement
• Able to take direction and work in a team environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite along with cloud-based auditing applications
• Organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests
