This role is for experienced HVAC service professionals only.
Applicants must be either a Red Seal Journeyman OR a 3rd or 4th-Year Registered HVAC Apprentice.
Applicants who do not meet this minimum requirement (e.g., 1st/2nd-year apprentices or general laborers) will not be considered.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Journeyman or 3rd/4th-Year Apprentice to join our service team. If you're looking for long-term growth in a high-performing, supportive environment, this is the place for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.)
• Perform preventative maintenance and system evaluations
• Provide accurate assessments and recommendations to clients
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
• Ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC regulations and company safety standards
• Participate in occasional on-call rotation and respond to emergency service calls
• *Knowledge of Field Edge software is a bonus*

Required Qualifications

• Red Seal Journeyman OR Registered 3rd or 4th-Year HVAC Apprentice (REQUIRED)
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service/diagnostic experience
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Legally eligible to work in Canada (Permanent Resident or Citizen)

Additional Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a variety of job site environments
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable using mobile software tools to complete service reports and track work
