Job Description
Hersey Demolition is looking for a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator / Supervisor to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage a crew
- Constantly aware of your surroundings
- Perform Daily Inspections of equipment before use
- Communicate need for maintenance or repair
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Reliable
- Strong work ethic, self motivated, and positive attitude.
- Common sense is a must.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in demolition or other related fields
- Ability to operate a excavator
- Experience with small equipment and power tools is required.
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Able to work efficiently and multi-task.
- Ability to take direction
