Construction Manager

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management, quality control, quality inspection, construction inspection, construction estimating, and building processes.

Responsibilities:
– Manage and supervise construction projects from conception to completion
– Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities
– Ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines
– Conduct quality control inspections regularly
– Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
– Monitor and report on project progress
– Implement safety measures on-site
– Manage project budget and resources effectively

Requirements:
– Proven experience in construction management
– Strong knowledge of electrical systems and building processes
– Proficiency in project management software
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Diploma in Construction Management or related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
