The job duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Projection and discussion with clients regarding Projects, proposal approvals, designing, equipment making and MOM preparations
- Recognize and implore potential customers/vendors/contractors
- Evaluate customers' requirements, endorse, or assist in the selection of appropriate products.
- Lead Identification, proposal development, pricing strategy, as well as input creation into designing where company-offered products are personalized as per the clients’ specifications.
- Advance sales presentations and progress, put proposals, to illustrate the advantages from use of company-offered products.
- Participate in business meetings with clients, consultants, builders, sub-contractors evaluating scope of work, its progress, and clarifications, etc.
- Preparation and administration of Techno-commercial Offers, sales contracts, analyzing and maintaining customer records
- Estimating installation cost and maintaining cost-effective and competitive proposals for best equipment or services.
- Checking the technical feasibility, regular tracking, and commercial competitiveness by evaluating the product before final delivery.
- Develop After-sales feedback to customers and resolve problems, along with providing ongoing support.
- Regulate and fix technical problems related to equipment.
- Providing technical knowledge and explaining processes and features to customers and FAQ checks related to the product.
- Evolution, application, and accounting on sales strategies to achieve corporate goals
- Assess market conditions and competitors' activities and develop an awareness about emerging markets and trends.
- Offer training and coordination with Engineering, Purchase, and contracts management to keep up with the smooth operation and execution of project.
- Providing supervision and guidance to other technical staff and sales specialists
Job Requirements
● Min 2 years of experience in sales specialists;
● Preferred experience in Process automation specifically valves, instrumentation and actuation products
● Degree of Mechanical Engineer required
