Advanced Systems Roofing & Waterproofing Ltd. is seeking an experienced Roofing Technician to join their Team.
Job Description:
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing systems (shingle, metal, flat, etc.)
- Inspect roofs for damage and wear, providing detailed assessments.
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations.
- Apply waterproofing and sealing materials to ensure roof integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status and recommendations.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Document work performed and materials used for project records.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in roofing or construction preferred.
- Knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good physical stamina and strength.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
