HVAC - Service Team Trainer/Coach

We are looking for a senior HVAC technician to be dedicated to training and coaching our service team, both on the residential and commercial side.

The ideal candidate has at least 5-10 years of experience and is passionate about teaching others and growing a team.

Qualifications

• 313A
• Experience in teaching and coaching others
• Full Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Training technicians during maintenance and/or service calls
• Monitoring technicians' progress and keeping up to date files for review with management/owners
• Anticipate requirements for the day
• Adhere to proper procedures in the use of the work order app
• Follow through on job issues or complications
• Represent Advanced HVAC in a professional manner with customers, vendors, team, and the general public
• Work well under pressure
• Adaptability—able to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
• Effective communicator – works well with different customer and office personnel personality styles
