Job Description
We are looking for a long-term permanent labour with possibility of advancement. In the beginning, the potential candidate will be asked to perform support tasks like demolition, repairs and maintenance for the companies’ buildings, discharge of waste to the dump, etc. As the labours’ experience increases as new skills are acquired and mastered, so will the responsibilities and pay.
Traits:
We are looking for someone that is responsible, punctual, honest, patient, with outstanding people skills to deal with clients and renters. The candidate must be able to communicate every morning with either the owner of the company, Bernard, or the Carpenter in chief in charge of the job.
Skills:
A basic level of construction experience is a must as well as a good attitude towards learning. The ability to drive a pick-up with a trailer is mandatory as well as having your own vehicle to get to job sites.
Other Assets:
Bilingual an asset, non-smoker unless proven that it will not interfere with the work schedule.
