Job Description

Salary: $19.00/hour + night shift premiums between 11pm and 7am

Location: 6080 Indian Line, Mississauga, ON L4V 1G5 - Please check the location of the job and make sure that you can access the location before applying. There may or may not be public transit options available to you to get home from work.

Reporting to the Shift Coordinator, and Operations Supervisor, the Inventory Associate position is responsible for monitoring inventory supplies and ensuring that we have enough ingredients and grocery products for customers' orders and business' needs. Inventory associates also manage order sheets and record inventory reports, check items for possible defects, inspect delivered inventory supplies, return damaged items, and organize shelves. Our Inventory Associates must have strong analytical and data entry skills to input inventory records in the system efficiently and accurately.   • Responsible for moving ingredients from shipping/receiving spaces throughout the warehouse
  • Weekly, monthly, yearly inventory counts
  • Move supplies from shipping to production areas
  • Maintain constant and clear communication with the warehousing team and other operations departments
  • Take direction from Supervisors and ensure key performance metrics and quality targets are met
  • Follow all food safety regulations
  • Foster an environment where teamwork and inclusivity is prioritized
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times

  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a refrigerated environment for the duration of shift (0-4 degrees celsius)
  • Experience in and preference for working in a fast-paced environment
  • 6 months + experience with inventory management in a warehouse/manufacturing industry is required
  • Forklift experience is a plus but not required
  • Willingness to undergo in-house Forklift Training
  • Strong English written and oral communication skills
  • Well developed attention to detail skills
  • Ability to take direction/ coaching and put into action
  • Strong work ethic and professional attitude
  • The ability to regularly lift up to 35-50 pounds
