What you can expect:
The majority of our work is residential and commercial repaint projects, both interior and exterior.
Most of our jobs are located in the downtown/east side of Toronto, however, we have some projects in other neighbourhoods around the GTA.
We generally work 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, but hours can vary slightly (you may need to work a 12hr day from time to time, or on weekends if it rains during the week).

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Professional Painters are the individuals who deliver on our promises to our clients through the careful application of their expertise. They are good with people, both inside the company and out. They are provided with coaching and direction from our Crew Leads. They are detail oriented, efficient, and experienced in various painting and coating applications. They demonstrate our value to clients by confidently revealing a remarkable finished product.
We rely on our Professional Painters to act as ambassadors of our company, demonstrate our company values, and provide clean, professional and efficient painting services to clients.
3+ years’ experience in professional painting (residential and/or commercial), with a focus on surface prep and rolling/brushing (both interior and exterior). Spray experience in a bonus.
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, subject to a screening of driver’s abstract
Able to meet the physical demands of the nature of work, e.g., Climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs., working in hot/humid weather
Clean criminal record
In additional to a remote interview process, we developed a 6-part Covid Safety Plan and train our employees on these procedures, which include:
Personal health checks
Personal protective equipment
Sanitizing and disinfecting
Lunch and break rules
