6Pak Solutions Inc. is a new venture, focused on creating efficient turn-key production solutions for Extraction, and White Label Contract Manufacturers looking to offer Vape Cartridges, Capsules, Gummies, Tinctures and Spray Bottles. 6Pak Solutions works closely with ATG Pharma Inc, which is a leader in filling and packaging equipment for the Cannabis Industry, working with over 80% of Licensed OilProducers in Canada. Where ATG Pharma Inc. is an equipment manufacturer, 6Pak establishes partnerships with Licensed Producers and Contract Manufacturers, to offer more flexible production solutions, which includes using the equipment, trained staff and the engineering team from ATG Pharma Inc.

The Production Technician is a laboratory-based job, working as part of the Production Team responsible for fulfilling cannabis derived products contracts for our clients with Health Canada regulations. You will operate and maintain filling and packaging equipment related to cannabis derivative production.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Proper setup and operation of filling, solid dose manufacturing, packaging and labeling equipment
•Execute all filling and packaging procedures in an efficient manner in compliance with 6Pak Solutions SOP’s and all applicable manufacturing procedures
•Perform various production sanitation activities in conformance with Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) and Good Production Practices (GPPs)
•Ensure preventative maintenance of equipment as per schedules
•Contribute to the improvement of current procedures and development of new processes
•Ensure all production is completed according to SOP’s and Batch Production Records
•Test functional performance of the machine and report any issues to the supervisor
•Work with a variety of cleaning products, solutions and tools
•Follow Good Production Practices (GMP) and maintain equipment by cleaning and sanitizing as per SOPs
•Complete paperwork to comply with company SOPs and ACMPR requirements
•Enter all activities into Batch Records
•Work with the Quality Control team to submit samples for analysis
•Adhere to Health and Safety Standards

Qualifications/ Skills:
•Previous experience operating extraction equipment is preferable
•Manufacturing experience in food or pharma is an asset
•Strong organizational and communication skills
•Team Player with ability to work in fast-paced environment
•Successful candidates must be able to pass security background check

Required to wear applicable PPE (provided)
Security Clearance: Security Clearance will be required for this position.

Working Hours: This position will require after hours, or extended hours based on activity
