Job Duties & Responsibilities: Supervise, coordinate and schedule duties of Die Cast workers involved in operating Trim Press machines (moulds), furnaces, overhead cranes organize shift schedules to meet the production needs of the Die Cast department and the supporting departments within the plant Order materials and supplies as needed Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to meet production requirements and improve production processes.  Work with partnering departments to identify and resolve any quality and productivity issues.
