We provide permanent window washing equipment individually engineered to enable access to any building façade.  We have 30 + years of experience as an industry leader in design, engineering, installation and maintenance of permanent building access solutions globally.  Currently we conduct business in Ontario and United States and our primary focus is currently maintenance, repair, inspection, load testing, and certification of high-rise building access solutions, including wall and roof anchors, davit and monorail systems.  Most of the machines we currently maintain are in the Toronto downtown core on sites like First Canadian Place, Brookfield Place Towers, Scotia Plaza, and Eaton Centre, to name a few.
