The Gundrill Operator will run a horizontal machining centre called a gundrill. This machine is used for a variety of drilling and milling operations on injection mold components. The Gundrill Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring that mold components are manufactured to tolerances called out in CAD data and within budget.   Job Responsibilities: Use magnets, angle plates, FCS and other fixturing systems to create a stable working holding arrangement for work piece. The operator is also responsible for picking up the location of the work piece and setting the machine datums. May be responsible for programming the machine using Lemoine V7 and Eureka software.
